Updated as of: 07/23/2016 I agree during my active term a right of access to the data on the RETRAN System (www.retran.net) using my own personal device(s) at any given time with a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use data, copyrighted or copyrightable by RETRAN. I agree to pay the fee set forth on this online membership form, which applies to my monthly online usage. I agree that this agreement shall RENEW automatically for like terms unless canceled within 30 days notice before my next billing due. I agree that this is a website membership and NO refunds or credits are given to any unused months while my account is active. I agree to provide for all telephone lines, charges and other equipments necessary to access the RETRAN System. RETRAN System is provided on “as is” basis. Neither RETRAN nor its suppliers make any warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the RETRAN System. I agree to NOT REPRODUCE, SELL, PUBLISH OR IN ANY MANNER COMMERCIALLY EXPLOIT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE RETRAN SYSTEM EITHER BY ITSELF OR TO ENHANCE ANOTHER PRODUCT, OR PARTICIPATE IN OR ALLOW SUCH REPRODUCTION, SALE, PUBLICATION OR EXPLOITATION BY ANY PERSON, EXCEPT WITH THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF RETRAN.
