- Detailed Foreclosure Information: Each record in our system includes all of the foreclosure information directly from the document itself. This includes, but is not limited to, the actual default date, first missed payment date, estimated monthly payment amount, defaulted amounts (arrears), estimated payoff, and principal loan amounts. We pull this all from the document so that you don't have to.
- **Exclusive**Phone Numbers: We provide up to 5 verified homeowner phone numbers for each record at no additional cost. We have access to over 100,000,000 non directory assistance numbers - compare this to any other provider and you will start to see what separates RETRAN from the competition.
- Property Profile Information: Included with each record is the complete property profile from the tax assessors office, including the property type, size, bedrooms, baths, lot size, tax amounts, and much more.
- Property Values: Through our integration with ©Zillow, we are able to provide you with Market Value of each property (Zestimates). This comprehensive property information gives you the basis to begin your due diligence. We calculate the Market Value, Loan to Value, and Equity for you, so you can quickly pull out the properties that meet your criteria.
- Comparables: Up-to-Date Comparables with access to sales history, tax information and more. Our comparables are extremely accurate and will save you hours of research. Gone are the days when you need multiple windows open going back and forth between multiple programs.
- Abridged Title Chain*: Up to 10 Open Trust Deeds, Loans, and other Liens on the property included with each record. That's right, we provide "all" of the liens that are attached to the properties so that you don't get surprised by what is owed on the property. Compare this to the other services that only offer you information on the mortgages, or worse only the defaulted mortgage, and you will see why RETRAN is by far your best choice.
- Comprehensive Search: Over 30 search criteria available to narrow the thousands of opportunities to the ones you want to find. Additionally, you can save and edit your searches. This feature is a time saver, and will keep you working the leads, instead of filling out search forms as you attempt to narrow your leads.
- Document Images: View the actual recording document days before the homeowner even receives it in the mail. These documents are included FREE of charge for all records. Compare this to the other services that don't offer these documents, or that charge you $5 or $10 per document.
- Favorites: Save your Favorite Leads in our system for easy lookups. Eliminate printing all those records and keep everything in one safe location.
- **Exclusive**Auction Tracking: We call the Trustee and update the Auction information for you the day before, and the day after the auction. RETRAN has been providing this service for over 10 years. Other companies that sell you data, neglect to inform you that 95% of homes that are scheduled for auction get postponed or cancelled. This means that you might spend hours researching properties, only to show up at the auction to make a bid, to find out it was delayed. Since RETRAN verifies the auction status of each property daily, you will know of any delays, as well as the reason for those delays. We even tell you the next date that the auction is scheduled and track it for you inside the system. Using the complete due diligence tools provided in the system will know when it is time to go make your winning bid.
